The video shows the prototype of the Virtual Reality App (Made on Unity, Viewed on Meta Quest Pro).
 

1. The app overlays your real-world surroundings with a digital layer. On enetering, the user is asked to select how they are feeling.

2. Clicking on each emotion/feeling, bring up an environment that depicts their mood. User can walk around, touch and interact with the digital elements. 

3. Applications include mood tracking, reflective analysis and introspection.
